Natural Resources in the House, Energy and Natural Resources in the Senate. A hearing, then a vote to send it on.
Floor vote
The full chamber votes, often by voice, and often as part of a larger public lands package.
The other chamber
The whole thing happens again on the other side of the Capitol.
Signed into law
The president signs, and the place becomes a National Park.
